When my father died in 2014, I spent the next five years living with my mother. With help from my sister who lives nearby we managed to assist her through the last years of her life. Among the tasks I had to perform, one of them was picking up her many prescriptions from the pharmacy. Sometimes I would wait, and when the clerk was ready the would call, "For Margaret."

Instruments and effects used in this piece:

Fender deluxe telecaster played into a Boss ME 80 pedalboard with compression, delay, reverb, and the pedal set to volume control.

Guitar 1 - TC Electronics Ditto x4 looping pedal.

Guitar 2 - TC Electronics Ditto x4 looping pedal set to 1/2 speed.

Guitar 3 - Clean melody guitar with higher compression and use of volume pedal for a swelling effect.

Focusrite 18i8 interface, although I may have used a 2i2 at the time.

Reason Studio - softube amp for each guitar set to British Clean, track compression and EQ.

Delay and warm echo used on master bus.

Akai MPC live Tubesynth - background strings added after the fact to fill out the bottom end.
